Photo & Signature	The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-size photo with a light/white background. Face should be clearly visible; no cap/goggles/mask. Signature should be with black ink on white paper, clear and readable.
Aadhaar Card	Aadhaar number required during form filling; original Aadhaar to be produced during PET & document verification.
10th Class Marksheet	Used as proof of Date of Birth and educational qualification.
Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable)	Valid SC/ST, OBC (NCL), or EWS (latest FY) certificate in government format, as applicable.
PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable)	Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by authorized medical board with disability % mentioned.
Ex-Serviceman Certificate (If Applicable)	Discharge Book / Service Certificate with length of service clearly mentioned.
Bank Account Details	Account holder name, account number, IFSC (for fee refund/future payments).
Domicile / Address Proof (If Asked)	May be required: state domicile + permanent/correspondence address details.
Other Useful Documents	Active email & mobile, application/confirmation print, fee payment receipt (for future reference).
Candidates must keep all documents scanned and ready before form filling. Fill name, DOB, and parents’ names exactly as per 10th marksheet. Incorrect/fake documents can cancel selection. Carry originals with self-attested photocopies for verification.
